Abstract

AI (Artificial Itelligence), refers to intelligence demonstrated by machines. It has been a significant area of focus for some time, with broad applications across numerous fields, including marketing. Automated marketing strategies enable more customized customer experiences while saving time and resources. In real estate, AI enhances property management activities by predicting price trends and customer demand, automating market analysis processes, and facilitating intelligent decisionmaking. This study used AI for analyze customer data, user behaviors, and market trends in Hanoi, Vietnam to deliver precise forecasts, thereby reducing investment risks.
